Halloween Parade – Oct. 31

Barcroft has a tradition of holding a school-wide parade on Halloween. As a community, we walk the large block (no crossing streets). Students may bring costumes and change into them before the parade. All costumes are expected to be appropriate for elementary school, and we ask that there be no masks or pretend weapons of any kind. The parade is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Halloween. Families are most welcome to come watch the parade.

This year, students not participating in the parade will go on a Fall nature walk. Parents, please notify your child’s homeroom teacher in writing if you prefer your child not participate in the parade.
